We’re so glad you’ve chosen to order from us! We want to make the process as pleasant as possible. Our standard shipping rate is €4.95 within the Netherlands. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a table listing all other shipping rates. When you place your order, we’ll send you a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package so you know exactly when to expect it. We have a good partnership with PostNL, so they’ll make sure you receive your package on time. During the ordering process, you can specify what should happen to your package if you’re not home. This could mean we deliver it to your neighbors, have it redelivered, or that you’d prefer to pick it up at a pickup point.
Did you place your order over the weekend?
In that case, it will take a little longer for you to receive your package. The “order by 11:30 PM, delivered tomorrow” offer applies only on weekdays. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and shipped on Monday. This means you will receive your package on Tuesday.
Did you enter the wrong address?
Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about that. Our ordering process is fully automated so that we can deliver the package as quickly as possible. If something did go wrong while you were entering your address and the package is returned to us, we may charge you for the shipping costs. Providing the correct delivery address is the customer’s responsibility. In this case, it does not involve a return shipment within the cooling-off period. This has been verified by the legal counsel at Thuiswinkel.org.
